Vocal is seeking qualified applicants to manage and execute successful campaigns aimed at Latino and Spanish-speaking audiences. The Senior Campaign Manager of Spanish Language Programming will serve as the primary point of contact with multiple progressive organizations that work to advance the standards of living for Latino communities in the United States through electoral politics and issue advocacy. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in project and client management and expertise in influencer marketing. They will also spearhead efforts to expand Vocal’s influence in this space and foster relationships with creators, influencers, and progressive organizations dedicated to driving meaningful change in Latino communities.

Responsibilities
- Independently design, execute, and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns in both English and Spanish across TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitch, etc. on behalf of progressive political organizations and candidates.
- Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls.
- Manage 1-3 full-time and/or part-time campaign staff and delegate tasks effectively to junior team members, overseeing their execution.
- Conduct regular check in with direct reports to track campaigns progress, offer strategic guidance, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on content creation, trend utilization, and growing a social account.
- Monitor and report on program success and challenges, providing actionable insights for improvement and proactively adjusting strategy as needed.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends across social media and amongst Latino audiences, to ensure high-quality and timely content
- Produce compelling written campaign materials in both English and Spanish, including sales proposals, agendas, messaging guidance, and reports that are tailored to the needs of progressive organizations.
- Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements, particularly Latino and Spanish-speaking creators.
- Develop strategies to create higher levels of investment from progressive organizations into Latino and Spanish-speaking creators to maximize the impact of their advocacy work.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication
