As Deputy Director of Social Programs, you will support our Director of Social Media in guiding the strategy, operations, and growth of our client-facing social media programs. In this role, you will oversee staff, ensuring programs are executed with excellence, scaled effectively, and consistently meeting client expectations. You will serve as the connective tissue between program execution and broader organizational priorities—driving quality standards, planning for growth, and ensuring alignment across operations, data, and innovation teams.

Responsibilities
Operational Setup & Infrastructure
- Lead the operational design of new client programs, including staffing structures, workflows, reporting systems, and performance standards.
- Build scalable systems and playbooks to support efficient program execution and replication across multiple accounts.
- Partner with operations, data, and innovation teams to ensure program managers have the tools, and processes needed to deliver with consistency.
- Create, manage, and track program budgets, proactively identifying risks or inefficiencies and making adjustments.
Program Oversight & Quality Control
- Lead ramp-up planning for new client engagements, ensuring programs launch with strong foundations, clear goals, and seamless handoffs.
- Review all program deliverables, identifying insights and opportunities to strengthen client service and program performance.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all programs by overseeing staff.
Team Development & Management
- Manage, mentor, and coach staff, cultivating leadership skills and supporting long-term career development.
- Ensure team members consistently meet deadlines and complete all operational tasks by monitoring progress, providing accountability, and offering support as needed.
- Act as a bridge between program staff and leadership—translating on-the-ground needs into organizational priorities.
